This page sets out the privacy practices and terms of use that apply to the passenger-facing gaadi.live service ("the Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service is designed to operate with minimal data collection. It does not require an account or sign-up, and does not use analytics, advertising identifiers, tracking pixels, or passenger-facing cookies. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or other content stored on your device, through the app itself. Anything you voluntarily send us — such as a feedback email — is handled under Your Responsibilities below.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited information the Service handles. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We may disclose information only where required to do so by law or valid legal process, or where necessary to protect the rights, safety, or operation of the Service. Routine server logs are retained briefly and then discarded.
Map tiles are served by OpenStreetMap and interface fonts by Google Fonts. These are ordinary web requests subject to those providers' own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control. No other data is shared with them, and we are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of third-party services.
Arrival times, ETAs, vehicle positions, routes, and station information displayed in the Service are estimates derived from operator and third-party sources and are provided for general convenience only. We make no representation or warranty as to their accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness. You should verify travel information against official sources and exercise your own judgment before acting on any information shown. Information may also be cached on your device and may be outdated; displayed information does not replace official schedules or announcements.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, at our sole discretion, with or without notice, and without liability to you. We may also refuse or restrict access to the Service, in whole or in part, for anyone at any time and for any reason.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gaadi.live, its operator, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — including, without limitation, missed connections, delays, or costs of alternative transport — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service or any information it displays. We are likewise not liable for any failure or delay resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including network outages, third-party provider failures, strikes, or natural events. In any event, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to use the Service or ten US dollars (USD $10).
The Service — including its name, branding, design, and content, excluding third-party map data and fonts — is the property of its operator and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written permission.

Violations may result in your access being blocked or restricted without notice, and we reserve the right to pursue legal remedies or refer unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities. Indexing of public pages by public search engines in accordance with our robots.txt is expressly permitted.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless gaadi.live, its operator, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and contributors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in connection with your misuse of the Service or your violation of these terms.
The Service is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 13 years old or are using it under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of the Service is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we retain the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property or the security of the Service. Disputes will be resolved on an individual basis, and you waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide proceeding. Any claim arising from or relating to the Service must be brought within one (1) year after the claim arises, or it is permanently barred, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. This page constitutes the entire agreement between you and the operator regarding the passenger-facing Service. We may assign or transfer these terms, in whole or in part, without restriction — including in connection with a reorganization, merger, or sale; you may not assign them without our prior written consent. Provisions that by their nature should survive — including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law — survive termination of your use of the Service. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
We may revise these terms at any time, at our sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon posting unless stated otherwise, and the date at the top reflects the most recent update. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms; if you do not agree, your sole remedy is to stop using the Service.
